Cottage cheese cookies without eggs
Description
Homemade treats for tea. This delicious and very tender cottage cheese cookie is loved by both children and adults. It has many advantages and only one drawback—it disappears too quickly. I usually bake a double portion at once. The recipe for eggless cottage cheese cookies is very simple and requires minimal ingredients. Kids can join in the fun of shaping the cookies—it will be very exciting for them.
