Cottage cheese-oat cookies
Description
Perfectly pairs with tea and coffee. This cookie is very easy to prepare. I'm sure it will turn out great even for beginner cooks on the first try. I recommend using high-fat, paste-like cottage cheese, so that individual granules won't be noticeable in the cookies, while the taste becomes richer and more tender. As for cocoa chips and raisins, you can replace or supplement them with any other delicious ingredients. Good luck! Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

Step 1

1. Separately whisk the eggs with sugar, then add melted coconut oil, cinnamon, and vanilla. Mix thoroughly, then add baking powder, oats, and cottage cheese. Knead well, let it sit for 10–15 minutes so the oats can absorb the liquid. Then add raisins and chocolate chips.
