
Cottage cheese and carrot casserole in a multicooker
Description
The recipe won't take much time. In my opinion, casserole cooked in a multicooker turns out much more tender and tastier than in an oven. For preparing cottage cheese-carrot casserole in a multicooker, we need medium-fat cottage cheese (mine was dense and crumbly). This time I decided to mix the carrots with pumpkin—it turned out quite original and delicious. You can omit the pumpkin if desired. See the recipe below. Serve hot.

Boil the carrots and pumpkin. I cooked them in a steamer. You can also use a multicooker.

Meanwhile, prepare the remaining ingredients.

Mix everything until smooth.

Make a puree from the vegetables, you can chop them with a blender.

Now mix the vegetables and the cottage cheese mixture.

Grease the multivessel pot well with butter. Evenly spread the curd mixture. Set the "Baking" mode for 40 minutes.

Check for doneness with a toothpick. If necessary, extend the baking time. Serve the ready cottage cheese and carrot casserole from the multicooker with sour cream.
