Cottage cheese and semolina casserole
Description
Delicious baked dish for the whole family. It is very important to maintain the correct semolina proportions so that the casserole doesn't turn out heavy and dense inside. You can add not only raisins but also dried apricots or fresh berries such as blueberries, blackcurrants, or raspberries. Serve the casserole cooled, with sour cream, condensed milk, or jam. It can be enjoyed with tea or coffee.
