
Cottage Cheese and Corn Casserole
Description
The recipe will not take much of your time. If you want the casserole to turn out tender, use finely ground flour. You can serve the casserole with sour cream, condensed milk, or jam. You can adjust the sugar to your taste. It can be served with tea or coffee.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making the cottage cheese and corn casserole.

Separate the eggs into whites and yolks. Put the cottage cheese, sugar, and yolks into a bowl. Blend everything with a blender until light and fluffy.

Add the corn flour and vanilla sugar to the curd mixture and mix.

Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until fluffy and fold them into the cottage cheese–corn mixture. Mix gently.

Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil and sprinkle with cornmeal. Spread the cottage cheese mixture in the dish and smooth the surface evenly.

Place the dish in a hot oven and bake at 180°C for 30–35 minutes, until golden brown. Remove the finished casserole from the oven, let it cool completely, and serve.
