
No-bake cottage cheese and blueberry cake
Description
The recipe won't take much time. The no-bake cottage cheese pie is prepared by chilling in the refrigerator. The resulting mixture is divided into two parts, with mashed blueberries added to one of them. This no-bake cottage cheese and blueberry cake can even be served as a dessert at a festive table. It turns out very filling, delicious, and attractive. Serve chilled.

1. Crush the cookies into crumbs. You can use a blender, meat grinder, or a regular grater for this.

2. Melt the butter, but do not boil. Mix the butter with the crumbs and spread it into the baking dish for the pie. Now beat the sour cream with sugar.

3. Sift the cottage cheese through a sieve or blend it with a blender. Add the whipped sour cream cream to the cottage cheese and continue blending the mixture with the blender.

4. Separately blend the blueberries with a blender. It's best to use fresh berries. Soak the gelatin in warm water and let it sit for 10–15 minutes to bloom. After that, add the gelatin to both cottage cheese mixtures. Divide the cottage cheese mixture into two parts: add the blueberries to one part, and leave the other part plain.

5. Into the mold where the biscuit base is already placed, alternately add one teaspoon at a time of white cream and blueberry cream.

6. Place the mold in the refrigerator until completely set. On average, the no-bake cottage cheese and blueberry cake takes about 4 hours to set. This is the beautiful dessert we end up with.
