Description

Homemade baked treats for tea. 1. Start with the cottage cheese – beat it with a whisk or mixer. Then add salt, sour cream, and vanilla. 2. Beat the egg with a mixer until foamy, then gradually pour it into the batter. 3. Next, add 1 heaping tablespoon of flour to the batter. Mix thoroughly again. Don't worry if the batter is a bit runny – that's normal. 4. Now comes the trickiest part – frying the cheese pancakes. Take a tablespoon of batter, place it onto a plate with flour (for coating), and quickly sprinkle some flour on top. Carefully pick it up, shape it into a fragile ball, and slightly flatten it. 5. Place the formed balls onto a well-heated oiled skillet. However, fry the cheese pancakes over medium heat to prevent burning. 6. Flip the pancakes quickly and confidently to preserve their shape. Done! You can now serve your masterpiece. It goes wonderfully with sour cream and fruit jam. Serve with tea or coffee.
