Cottage cheese pancakes
Description
You can use either homemade or store-bought cottage cheese for cooking. Cottage cheese pancakes can be baked in the oven, but a more popular option is to fry them in vegetable oil on a hot skillet. Serve cottage cheese pancakes with sour cream, honey, jam, syrup, or on their own, either cooled or slightly warm.
