Making cottage cheese pancakes without eggs at home is incredibly easy! You can always vary the classic eggless cottage cheese pancake recipe by adding fruits and dried fruits to taste.

Add salt, sugar, and flour to the cottage cheese and mix thoroughly until smooth. If the mixture sticks to your hands, add a little more flour.

To make the cheese pancakes uniform in size, roll the cottage cheese into a "sausage" and cut it into equal pieces.

Roll each cheese dumpling in flour.

Pour frying oil into a skillet, heat it up, and place the cheese pancakes on it. Cover the skillet with a lid and fry the cheese pancakes over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes.

When one side of the cheese pancakes is nicely browned, open the lid and flip them over. Close the lid again and continue frying on the second side until a golden crust forms. Important! To prevent the cheese pancakes from losing their shape or breaking during flipping, do not touch or move them until the first side is thoroughly browned.
