Cottage cheese casserole in a multicooker
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Cottage cheese casseroles are very easy to make. True, it took quite a long time to bake in the multicooker. To prepare a cottage cheese casserole in a Philips multicooker, we need medium-fat cottage cheese; I use crumbly cottage cheese, but you can use dense as well. The casserole is especially delicious with berries, so it's worth adding them. The ready dish can be served at the table.
Instructions

Step 1

Separate the yolks from the whites. Beat the whites with a pinch of salt into a white foam.

Step 2

Rub the yolks with sugar until white. Then add the pudding powder from the package (do not dissolve, just the powder). Also add the cottage cheese to the yolks and mix everything.

Step 3

Gently mix the egg whites with the curd-yolk mixture, then evenly transfer everything into the multicooker bowl. Turn on the "Baking" mode, and optionally add berries (fresh or frozen).

Step 4

Cooking takes a long time, depending on the power and capacity of the multicooker, at least 50 minutes. Do not open the lid. Then you can check with a toothpick and let it bake for another 30 minutes.

Step 5

The finished cottage cheese casserole in the Philips multicooker turns out very tender and juicy. The berries may release a lot of juice, so don't be surprised. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
