
Cottage cheese casserole with sour cream in a multicooker
Description

Prepare all the ingredients.

Separate the yolks from the whites, add sugar, vanilla, and beat thoroughly.

Stir everything once more. If you want a finer texture, you can blend the entire mixture with a blender at this stage. Then separately beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until they form a stable foam and add them to the cottage cheese.

Carefully mix everything using a spoon or spatula with bottom‑to‑top motions and transfer the mixture into the oil‑greased inner pot of the multicooker. First, coat the bottom and sides with semolina.
