Cottage cheese casserole with apples and semolina
Description
The recipe won't take much time. The cottage cheese casserole is very easy to prepare. It's best to use cottage cheese with 5–9% fat, not too fatty but not dry either. Sour cream of 15–20% will do. Add sugar to taste, and it's better to use a sweet‑tart apple. A tender, aromatic, creamy‑textured cottage cheese casserole will make an excellent breakfast, snack, or dessert.
