
Cherry cottage cheese casserole

Actually, you don't have to use only cherries! :) Any fruits or berries in any form will work. Great, isn't it? Prepare all the necessary ingredients.

In a suitable container, mix the cottage cheese, egg, sugar, and semolina. Stir thoroughly until smooth.

Add pitted cherries to the cottage cheese mixture.

Mix everything carefully so as not to crush the berries. Grease the baking pans with butter.

We distribute the mixture into molds, but not all the way to the top (the mixture will rise during baking). Place the casseroles into a preheated oven at 180 degrees and bake for about 25–30 minutes. The casseroles should develop an appetizing crust. To check if they're done, pierce them with a toothpick. If the wooden stick comes out dry, they're ready!

Serve the ready casseroles in their baking dishes or removed from them, garnished with berries.
