Cottage cheese casserole with grapes
Description
The baking is prepared simply and quickly. For the casserole, choose dry cottage cheese. If the cottage cheese is not sufficiently drained, add less yogurt. I have full‑fat cottage cheese, so it pairs well with natural homemade yogurt; if the cottage cheese is low‑fat, it’s better to add sour cream rather than yogurt, and you can add a small piece of butter. Serve cooled or slightly warm.
