Instructions

Step 1

It's best to use homemade cottage cheese, but store-bought will work too. Sift the cottage cheese through a sieve until smooth or blend it with a mixer to ensure there are no lumps. Place the cottage cheese in a bowl, grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater and add a couple of tablespoons of sour cream.

Step 2

Add a raw chicken egg to all the ingredients in the bowl. Then season the dish with salt to taste. Mix everything very thoroughly using an ordinary fork, as it is the most convenient tool for this.

Step 3

Wash the herbs and finely chop them with a sharp knife. You can use any herbs, such as green onions, dill, or parsley. If you like spicy flavors, add cilantro or basil. Add the herbs to the cheese and cottage cheese mixture and thoroughly mix everything in a bowl.

Step 4

To help the casserole set, add a few tablespoons of flour. Don't overdo it, or the casserole will turn into a solid piece of dough.

Step 5

Grease the multicooker bowl with sunflower oil. Place the casserole base into it. Set the appliance to the "Baking" mode and cook for thirty minutes. Then flip the dish and continue cooking for another ten minutes.
