Cottage cheese casserole with rice flour
Description
Delicious baked goods for the whole family. Traditional versions of the casserole with added flour or semolina sometimes turn out too dense, heavy, and resemble a pie more than a cottage cheese bake. With rice flour, the situation is completely different. It is almost imperceptible in taste, yet the casserole remains firm and doesn't become soggy. If desired, you can add raisins, candied fruit, or dried fruits. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
