Baked cottage cheese casserole with protein
Description
Pairs perfectly with tea and coffee. This cottage cheese bake with protein does not need sugar, flour, or semolina added, because the protein replaces them well. You can still add a little sugar if you like. Fruit—any sweet kind you prefer—goes beautifully with it. You can use any dry protein powder; the variety you choose will affect the color and aroma of the finished bake. I used vegan protein from almond, pumpkin, and pea.
