Cottage cheese casserole with mint
Description
The casserole gets a very interesting flavour and aroma thanks to the mint. If you want a stronger aroma, increase the amount of mint. Young, tender mint shoots can be sliced whole, or trim only the leaves. The casserole can be served with sour cream or condensed milk, with tea, milk or coffee. The bake is ready. Serve at the table.
