Cottage Cheese Casserole with Meringue
Description
The baking is simple and quick. The cottage cheese casserole is very easy to make. Use cottage cheese with 5‑9% fat and sour cream with 15‑20% fat. Baking time depends on your oven. Sweet meringue pairs well with the light tang of the cottage cheese. In my opinion the dish is quite self‑sufficient and does not require additions such as sour cream, honey, etc. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
