Cottage cheese casserole with poppy seeds and apples
Description
Perfectly pairs with tea and coffee. Fans of poppy seeds will truly appreciate this recipe, as the cottage cheese casserole with poppy seeds and apples simply melts in your mouth. As it turns out, poppy seeds and apples go well together. It's best to use sweet-tart or sweet apple varieties, since cottage cheese is quite tangy on its own. Semolina is used in place of flour in this recipe. Trust us, this is the ideal way to make a tender, crumbly casserole that even children will enjoy. The baked dish is ready. Serve at the table.

5. And apples (I peel them, cut into slices, and then halve each slice). Continue mixing everything until the mixture becomes uniform in consistency. If you don't like large pieces of apple in the batter, grate them on a coarse grater (I've experimented with this method and can say it works well).

6. Place our "dough" into a baking pan. I cooked it in a multicooker, selecting the "Baking" mode for 40 minutes. However, this dough is universal; you can also bake the casserole in a regular oven for about 40 minutes at a temperature not exceeding 180 degrees Celsius.
