Cottage cheese casserole with dried apricots
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Traditional cottage cheese casserole with dried apricots goes together wonderfully. Apricot puree gives the familiar casserole a very gentle and unusual taste. Personally, I like serving this casserole with maple syrup, although some prefer it simply with sour cream. I also appreciate that this cottage cheese casserole is very quick and easy to prepare—no need to go to too much trouble. I hope you liked this recipe with photos. The ready dessert can now be served.
