Cottage cheese casserole with cinnamon
Description
Delicious baked treat for the whole family. For the casserole, it's best to use high-fat, paste-like cottage cheese, but even grainy cottage cheese can simply be blended with a mixer or strained through a sieve. The amount of cinnamon used here gives a fairly strong aroma, but if you're concerned, simply reduce it to your taste. You can chop the apple into pieces and add it directly to the cheese mixture, or substitute it with other fruits. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
