Cottage Cheese Casserole with Strawberries
Description
It pairs perfectly with tea and coffee. In my view, a strawberry cottage cheese casserole is best for breakfast, with a cup of tea or coffee. Even though it’s a dessert, the dish comes out very filling, yet it’s easy to digest and doesn’t weigh on the stomach. In short, just the thing for a good start to the day. The recipe, meanwhile, is absurdly simple—it would be a shame not to make it: 1. Beat the eggs with sugar. Add starch, cottage cheese to the mixture and stir. Add vanilla essence and yogurt as well. Mix until smooth. 2. Grease the molds with butter. Put washed and sliced strawberries into them. 3. Pour in the batter and place in the oven. Bake for 25–30 minutes at 190 degrees. 4. While the casserole is in the oven, make a sauce to go with it. Put some strawberries, yogurt, and powdered sugar in the blender jug and blend until smooth. Pour into sauce boats—and into the fridge so it thickens a bit. 5. Drizzle the finished casserole with the strawberry sauce and serve. :)
