Cottage cheese casserole with cocoa
Description
To make your day cheerful and positive, start your morning with a delicious and, if possible, healthy breakfast. I usually make a homemade cocoa cottage cheese casserole for breakfast. Sometimes, of course, I prepare the classic version without cocoa powder, but I actually prefer the chocolate-flavored casserole. A friend also suggested adding various fruits and berries to this dessert, and with this addition, the simple cocoa cottage cheese casserole recipe has become much tastier and more interesting. 1) First, crack the eggs into a bowl, add 1 tablespoon of sugar, and beat well. 2) Then add milk to the egg mixture, stir again, and beat once more. 3) Next, add cottage cheese to the bowl with the milk-egg mixture, add vanilla sugar, and beat again until the mixture becomes more or less homogeneous. 4) After that, in a separate container, mix cocoa powder with one tablespoon of sugar, pour this mixture into the bowl with the other ingredients, and add flour. 5) Cut fruits or berries into small pieces and add them to the cottage cheese mixture. Finally, beat everything at medium speed one last time until the mixture becomes even more uniform and airy. 6) Grease a baking dish with a small amount of butter and pour in the prepared mixture. Bake the casserole in the oven at 220°C (428°F) for 30 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
