Cottage cheese casserole with raisins and walnuts

Description

The recipe won’t take much time. It’s best to use dry, uniform cottage cheese, or blend it in a blender. The cottage cheese casserole can be served with sour cream, condensed milk, or jam. If the raisins are very dry, pour boiling water over them for 10–20 minutes, then rinse and pat dry. You can lightly toast the walnuts in a dry skillet.

    Prepare all the ingredients you need to make cottage cheese casserole with raisins and walnuts. Wash the raisins thoroughly and pat dry.

    Place the cottage cheese in a bowl and add sugar, semolina, and vanilla sugar. Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Add the yolks to the cottage cheese; we will need the whites later. Mix everything well and leave for 30 minutes.
