Cottage cheese casserole with pear and marshmallow
Description
Delicious baked treat for the whole family. Even the most health-conscious will appreciate this recipe. This incredibly tasty cottage cheese casserole with pears and marshmallows turns out wonderfully soft and flavorful. If you have a multicooker, you can prepare the casserole in it. I baked mine in the oven, which took me 35 minutes, but for a golden crust, the casserole should bake for about 45 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. You can use any fruits, but in this case, banana (and marshmallows) replace the flour. Serve with tea or coffee.

Step 1

1. If you're into healthy eating, this recipe is for you. The casserole is quick and very easy to prepare: separate the egg whites from the yolks. Beat the whites into a thick foam using a mixer or whisk. In a separate bowl, beat the yolks with milk, then gradually add the cottage cheese and continue beating. Next, chop the pear and banana into small pieces (it's the banana that gives the mixture its stickiness), add them to the mixture, and stir everything with a spoon. Finally, add the marshmallow, also cut into small pieces.
