Delicious baked goods for the whole family. Cottage cheese casserole with blueberries is one of my signature breakfast dishes. You can make it half-asleep—nothing extraordinary is required, the process is very simple; while you cook, you wake up, work up an appetite, and brew coffee. Before you know it, breakfast is ready :) Recipe for cottage cheese casserole with blueberries: 1. Beat the eggs with sugar. The better you beat them, the fluffier the casserole will be, so don’t be lazy :) Add cornstarch and cottage cheese to the mixture and stir. Add vanilla essence and yogurt as well. Mix until smooth. 2. Grease the molds with butter. Place washed blueberries in them. 3. Pour in the batter and put in the oven. Bake for about 25–30 minutes at 190 degrees until a golden crust forms. 4. Let the finished casserole cool slightly and serve. :) The baking is done. Serve at the table.
