Cottage cheese casserole with dates
Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. Since dates are quite sweet, you can omit sugar in the casserole. Use cottage cheese with any fat percentage; also add an egg and wheat flour—everything as for a regular classic cottage cheese casserole. In addition to dates, you can use any dried fruit. Keep this recipe in mind; it is a good option for diversifying your diet. It can be served with tea or coffee.
Instructions

Step 1

Prepare all the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees right away.

Step 2

Transfer the cottage cheese to a deep bowl and add one chicken egg. If the cottage cheese is lumpy, press it through a fine sieve so the casserole turns out more tender.

Mix the ingredients together well.

Grease a baking dish with butter and spread the entire mixture into it. Bake at 180°C for 30–35 minutes. Then serve the casserole to the table.
