
Cottage cheese casserole with blackberries
Description
For the casserole, use soft cottage cheese. It is best to strain it through a sieve beforehand. This will make the finished casserole very tender and airy.

For making the cottage cheese casserole, prepare all the necessary ingredients. You can use frozen blackberries. There is no need to thaw them.

In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese and eggs. Slightly mix them using a mixer.

Add a pinch of baking soda and the required amount of sugar and semolina. Mix everything until smooth.

Grease the baking pan with a small amount of vegetable oil and transfer all the cottage cheese dough into it.

Spread the blackberry berries over the entire surface. Slightly press them into the dough. Place the pan in an oven preheated to 180 °C for 40–50 minutes.
