Cottage cheese casserole with prunes and apples

Description

Delicious baked goods for the whole family. For the casserole, choose cottage cheese that is not grainy and not too wet, or you will have to rub it through a sieve. A sweet-tart apple works best; if it is very juicy, squeeze out the excess liquid. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

    Prepare all the ingredients you need for the cottage cheese casserole with prunes and apples. Wash the apples and pat them dry; cover the prunes with hot water for 5 minutes. Then rinse the prunes and pat them dry.
