
Cottage cheese casserole with bell pepper and corn
Description
The pastry is prepared simply and quickly. Cottage cheese pastry turns out very tasty if you use well‑drained (dry) cottage cheese; in that case the casserole will take a minimum amount of flour and will be tender. You can use boiled or canned corn for the casserole. Try it—this recipe always turns out successfully, and you can add fillings to suit your taste.

Prepare the ingredients for the casserole.

In a bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and sugar.

Add the cottage cheese.

Add flour and yogurt. Mix everything well.

Cut the bell pepper into small pieces and add it to the cottage cheese dough.
