Cottage cheese casserole with banana puree

Perfect with tea and coffee. Children love bananas, so this fragrant casserole is very popular with them. Its flavor is wonderfully complemented by sour cream. This is one of our family's favorite recipes! You can also add raisins to the casserole. Serve the dish with sour cream or jam.

    Combine the cottage cheese with the eggs.

    Add milk, baking soda, and vanillin. Blend everything well with an immersion blender so there are no lumps.

    Mash the bananas into a puree and add them to the batter. Mix everything well and pour it into a greased baking pan. Place it in the oven, preheated to 180 °C, for 40 minutes.
