Cottage cheese casserole with banana in a multicooker
Description
The recipe won't take much time. To make the cottage cheese casserole light and tender in texture, beat the egg whites separately and then fold them in. The finished casserole may slightly settle as it cools, but it tastes much better cold. Moreover, if you spread it with cream, let it steep. For making banana cottage cheese casserole in a multicooker, choose non-sour cottage cheese of medium fat content. Serve with tea or coffee.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Mix the cottage cheese and sliced banana.
- 2
Step 2

Blend them with a blender.
- 3
Step 3

Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Add the yolks to the cottage cheese and banana mixture. Meanwhile, put the egg whites in the refrigerator to chill. Melt or soften the butter, then add it to the cottage cheese and yolks. Also, add sugar (by the way, I recommend adjusting the sugar to taste: some prefer sweeter, others less so).

Step 4

Then add semolina and starch to the cottage cheese mixture, along with baking powder and vanillin. Mix thoroughly, using a whisk if needed. The mixture should be free of lumps.
- 5
Step 5

Chill the egg whites and beat them with a mixer together with a pinch of salt until a white foam forms.
- 6
Step 6

Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the cottage cheese mixture.
- 7
Step 7

Grease the multicooker bowl with butter. Evenly and carefully transfer the cottage cheese mixture into the bowl.
- 8
Step 8

Set the "Bake" mode for 65 minutes.
- 9
Step 9

Then let the finished casserole cool directly in the bowl, transfer it to a rack or a flat plate.
- 10
Step 10

You can top the ready banana cottage cheese casserole cooked in a multicooker with icing or sour cream frosting, then sprinkle with candy decorations or nuts.
- 11
Step 11

The pastry is ready. Serve with tea.
