Cottage cheese casserole
Description
Perfect with tea and coffee. This is a classic casserole recipe without any additions. But if desired, you can enhance the recipe with raisins or other dried fruits, candied fruits, or even bananas, for example. If you don't have flour on hand, you can add semolina to the batter. Before serving, dust the casserole with powdered sugar or drizzle with condensed milk—it will be delicious.

Step 1

1. I like this recipe for its simplicity. First, turn on the oven and let it preheat to 180 degrees. Put the cottage cheese into a deep bowl, add the eggs, sugar (regular and vanilla), and yogurt.

Step 2

2. Using an immersion blender or mixer, thoroughly mix until smooth. Add the baking powder and sifted flour. Mix again and transfer to a greased and floured heatproof baking dish.

Step 3

3. Bake in the oven for about 45-55 minutes, depending on the size of the pan, until a golden crust forms. Let cool slightly, cut into portion pieces and serve (ideally with sour cream).
