Cottage cheese casserole without eggs

30 min4 serv.21 февр. 2026 г.

Description

The baking is simple and quick. For the casserole, buy moist, juicy cottage cheese so the mixture doesn't turn out too dry. If the cottage cheese is dry and grainy, you'll additionally need either 50 ml of milk of any fat content or 3 tablespoons of sour cream of any fat content. You can add vanilla or citrus flavoring, ground cinnamon, or freeze-dried raspberries—according to your taste. Serve with tea or coffee.
