
Cottage cheese casserole
Description
It goes perfectly with tea and coffee. The “Bounty” casserole can be a lovely breakfast or afternoon snack for the whole family. You can buy shredded coconut at the store or simply grate a coconut. For the topping, use any chocolate you like. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

Prepare all the ingredients you need to make the “Bounty” cottage cheese casserole.

Crack the eggs into a bowl, add salt and sugar, and beat lightly.

Add the cottage cheese to a bowl and beat until smooth and even.

Pour the coconut flakes into a bowl and mix.

Grease a 9 × 24 cm baking dish with butter, spread the cottage cheese mixture in it, and level the surface.

Bake the “Bounty” cottage cheese casserole in a hot oven at 180°C for 35–40 minutes. Let the casserole cool completely, then carefully remove it from the pan.

Break the chocolate into pieces, put it in a bowl, and pour in the milk. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, stirring, and cover the casserole completely. Chill in the refrigerator for one hour until set, then serve.
