Cottage cheese casserole
Description
There are many variations and additions to this recipe, and I'd like to share my own—a casserole on a thin shortcrust base! It's incredibly delicious and tender. For spices, I add nutmeg to the cottage cheese mixture; you can use cinnamon, poppy seeds, raisins, or any dried fruits. Give it a try—I hope you'll enjoy it!
