Cottage Cheese Braid with Apples

60 min4 serv.21 февр. 2026 г.

Description

When kneading the dough, it is important not to use too much flour. Because cottage cheese varies in how wet it is, you may need more or less flour. Go by the dough’s consistency. It should turn out soft and pliable, sticking only slightly to your hands. By feel, it should seem a little moist. So the braid does not become soggy in the oven, pour off any juice released from the apples. Keep these points in mind and your bake will reward you with both taste and appearance. Serve cooled or slightly warm.
