Description

It's better to use low-calorie cottage cheese. You can use various molds for the kulich. The filling can also be changed to suit your taste. This kulich holds its shape well and can be stored in the refrigerator for up to three days.

    1. Pour water over the gelatin and leave it to swell and thicken.

    2. Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve or pass it twice through a meat grinder. It's better not to use a blender.

    3. Add sour cream, powdered sugar, cream, butter, and a pinch of salt to the cottage cheese. Mix with a blender or spoon until smooth. Finally, add vanilla or vanilla essence.
