No-bake cottage cheese Easter cake with condensed milk
Description
Cottage cheese Easter cake is usually made with eggs, while condensed milk is somehow avoided, which is a pity! Using condensed milk makes the Easter cake sweeter. By the way, if you don't like very sweet desserts, you can simply omit the sugar. If you'd like some variety, you can add, for example, nuts or raisins to this Easter cake. If using raisins, don't forget to soak them beforehand.
