Description

The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. This colorful and delicious Easter cake is made without adding sugar or honey, using cottage cheese of any fat content. To help the dish hold its shape, be sure to add melted high-quality butter, but do not use sour cream or yogurt—they will give it a sour taste. The ready dessert can be served at the table.
