
Rabbit stewed in sour cream
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Rabbit stewed in sour cream is very easy to prepare. Cut up the rabbit, rub it with spices, fry it, then simmer until the meat is tender in broth with chopped vegetables. Add sour cream at the end and the dish is ready. Serve hot.

1. Wash the rabbit, cut it into pieces, and dry with a paper towel. Place in a bowl. Pass the garlic through a press, mix with olive oil, and add black and red pepper, salt. Rub the resulting paste into the rabbit pieces. If time permits, let the rabbit marinate for a while.

2. Peel the carrots and onion and slice them into half-rings. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, heat over medium-high heat, and brown the rabbit pieces on all sides until golden. Then add the sliced onion and carrots, stir, and cook over medium heat until the vegetables become tender. Pour in water or broth and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium-low, cover the pan with a lid, and simmer for about an hour, or until the meat easily separates from the bone.

3. After an hour or more (depending on the required time), add sour cream and curry to the pan. Mix well, heat through, but do not bring to a boil. Rabbit stewed in sour cream is ready!
