Rabbit stewed in a multicooker
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. If you have a rabbit carcass but don't yet know what to do with it, then today I will tell you. The finished dish can be served at the table.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

We wash the rabbit carcass and cut it into 4 pieces, cover them with cold water, and leave for 8 hours.
- 2
Step 2

After the time has elapsed, pour in water, dry the meat, and divide it into portion-sized pieces. Next, mince the garlic and mix it with salt and black pepper. Rub each piece of meat with this mixture, lightly spray with wine, add vegetable oil, whole peppercorns, and bay leaf. Place in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- 3
Step 3

Turn on the "Sauté" mode on the multicooker and pour vegetable oil into the bowl. Place the marinated meat into it and fry for 20 minutes on each side.
- 4
Step 4

Then add the onion cut into half-rings and fry for another 5-7 minutes.
- 5
Step 5

Then add the grated carrot (using a coarse grater) and fry everything for a few more minutes.
- 6
Step 6

While the meat and vegetables are frying, we'll prepare the sauce. In a deep bowl, mix sour cream, mustard, teriyaki, ketchup, and chopped herbs, add a little water, and stir.
- 7
Step 7

Then we pour the prepared sauce into the multicooker and mix. We turn on the "Stewing" mode and set the time for 1 hour.
- 8
Step 8

Our meat is ready and we can serve it at the table. Enjoy your meal, everyone!
