Stewed vegetables with chicken in a multicooker
Description
The recipe won't take much time. If you're interested, serve hot.
Instructions

Step 1

Cut the chicken into pieces, wash the meat and dry it. Remove as much skin as possible from the chicken and trim off excess fat. Place the chicken pieces into the bowl of a multicooker coated with vegetable oil.

Step 2

Now peel and chop the onion. Cut it not too finely so that the vegetable doesn't turn into mush by the end of cooking, but remains whole.

Step 3

Choose a small carrot, peel it, wash it, and slice it into rounds. Place them on top of the onion and sprinkle with spices and salt. You can use a pre-made spice mix labeled "for chicken."

Step 4

Pour a glass of water into the multicooker bowl, set the "Stewing" mode, and cook the poultry with vegetables for forty minutes. Then open the lid and switch to the "Frying" mode to let most of the liquid evaporate. The dish is ready!
