
Stewed vegetables
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Stewed vegetables can be eaten during a diet (for health or weight loss). They retain their beneficial properties and flavor. This dish can be served as a side dish with meat or fish. It looks very appetizing, especially if you use colorful vegetables. Serve hot.

Wash the pepper and remove the seeds, then cut into large pieces.

Wash the cauliflower and separate it into florets. Place the beans in a colander and rinse.

Wash the zucchini and cut it in half, then slice into half-moons.

Heat a skillet with olive oil, add all the vegetables and sauté for 5 minutes, then add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes.
