Stewed pasta

60 min4 serv.19 февр. 2026 г.

Description

The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. "Stewed pasta" means they are actually stewed, not boiled and then mixed with other ingredients. You can use a regular pot, a deep skillet, or a multicooker to prepare stewed pasta. I chose the latter. And to keep the pasta from being "boring," I added chicken liver to it. Instead of milk, as indicated, you can use broth or wine. Well, wine is certainly a richer and more festive option. The finished dish can now be served.

Instructions

  1. 1

    Step 1

    Step 1

Rinse the liver and cut it into pieces; I recommend carefully removing the membranes so that the dish doesn't turn bitter later. Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl, set the "Baking" mode for 20 minutes, and place the liver inside.

    Step 2

Pour in the milk (I had approximately 160 ml). It's better not to close the lid completely, as you need to stir the liver.

  3. 3

    Step 3

    Step 3

The liver needs to be brought to a half-cooked state. You might need even less than 20 minutes.

    Step 4

See that the liver is no longer raw—press stop.

You can use any shape of pasta, but it should be made from hard wheat varieties.

    Step 6

Add the pasta, vegetable oil, and spices to the liver.

    Step 7

Pour in water, it should cover the pasta and liver.

  8. 8

    Step 8

    Step 8

Mix everything well. It's good if your multicooker has the "Pilaf" setting—use that. If not, use the "Stewing" setting for 45 minutes.

    Step 9

After the beep, the pasta will be ready.

You can serve the ready stewed pasta with pickled cucumbers, fresh vegetables, or simply on its own.
