Beef stew with potatoes
Description
Stewed meat with potatoes is a delicious, simple, filling, and economical dish that can be prepared in large quantities to last for several days. It becomes even more flavorful and richer after sitting for a couple of hours—or even days. You can use chicken, beef, pork, or meat offal (liver, lungs, heart). Add any spices and herbs you like. Serve the dish hot.
