Lamb shank braised in wine
Description
The recipe won't take much time. To make the meat more flavorful, be sure to add some vegetables and aromatic spices. You can safely replace the broth with water if you don't have it on hand. Serve the drumsticks with any side dish or sauce of your choice. It's also a great idea to complement the meat with herbs, lemon, and garlic. Give it a try—I'm sure you'll love it. Serve hot.
