
Braised pork with apples
Description
Prepare delicious pork with apples as follows: cut the meat, apples, and onion into pieces. Sear the pork in vegetable oil, then remove it from the pan and add the onion to the same skillet. Lightly sauté the onion, add brandy, and simmer briefly. Return the pork to the pan, then add apples, broth, and thyme. Bring to a boil and simmer covered for 40 minutes. Then remove the meat and fruit from the skillet, pour in the cream, and boil for 5 minutes. Serve the dish, optionally drizzled with the creamy sauce and garnished with fresh herbs.
