Step 1

1. If you have zucchini and vegetables in your fridge and are planning to cook pork, I recommend trying this recipe. The meat turns out very juicy, flavorful, and aromatic.

Step 2

2. Immediately cut the meat into goulash-sized pieces. Pour one and a half tablespoons of oil into the multicooker bowl, spread it around, and place the meat pieces in. Peel the zucchini, wash them, remove the seeds, and cut into cubes.

Step 3

3. Peel and chop the carrots and onions. I also cut the carrots into small cubes - it looks nicer in the finished dish.

Step 4

4. Place everything into the multicooker and mix. Pour in a glass of water, add spices, and set the "Stewing" mode for 50 minutes.

Step 5

5. Braised pork with zucchini in a multicooker turns out very tasty. I even prepare this dish in winter when there's a lack of vitamins. For such occasions, I always keep a couple of sliced zucchinis in the freezer.
